**What you'll do:

**

  • Coordinate with Plant and corporate materials-purchasers, Quality, Shipping and Warehousing
  • Maintain Post Plant schedules
  • Coordinate press schedule with metal cutting and decoration timing
  • Maintain production schedule in Simms
  • Track and maintain authorized minimum, maximum levels by spec & customer
  • Monitor Slob and Aging HFI reports for outlet opportunities
  • Participate with plant physical inventories

**What you'll need to have:

**

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2 years scheduling, accounting, or onsite sales experience

  • Necessary knowledge:- Experience working with Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel

    • Basic Math

  • Preferred qualifications:- Experience with inventory and production inventory systems

    • Good interpersonal and written communication skills
