Responsibilities:



  • Employee Relations: Act as a bridge between management and employees, addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and provide feedback.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Create and maintain a compensation strategy based on market research and pay surveys.
  • Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • HR Policies: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Strategic Planning: Partner with management to ensure HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
  • Employee Retention: Design and implement strategies to retain top talent.
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Help manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.


Qualifications


  • Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
