SkyBridge Healthcare is seeking an ideal candidate to join our rapidly growing team The right individual should be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have the ability to assess a candidate’s potential effectively. Excellent organizational skills are essential to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, a commitment to meeting and exceeding assigned quotas is crucial. Our divisions include therapy, home health and hospice, long term care and skilled nursing, acute care, and allied health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and screen candidates to make sure they meet clients’ requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various positions, aiding clients in finding, hiring, and retaining top talent.
  • Employ innovative sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates aligned with our supported skillsets.
  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to engage with potential candidates.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals to gain market intelligence.
  • Work closely with account managers to submit candidates for client placements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process and entire employment period.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • No prior recruiting experience is necessary.
  • Comfortable operating in a sales-oriented environment.
  • Desire to work in a competitive, high -energy in office setting.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple candidates and positions simultaneously.
