Job Title: Regional Director of Corporate Development

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for driving corporate fundraising strategies? Do you have a proven track record of building and growing high-impact partnerships? We're seeking a talented Regional Director of Corporate Development to join our team at the American Red Cross.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute dynamic annual and multi-year corporate fundraising strategies across the region.
  • Build and grow high-impact corporate partnerships, leading the region to exceed its annual revenue goals.
  • Champion the development and execution of a robust growth plan targeting donors at the $5,000+ level.
  • Forge powerful new partnerships that inspire deep connections with the American Red Cross mission.
  • Lead critical disaster relief fundraising efforts, crafting and executing innovative strategies that rapidly respond to emerging needs and amplify donor impact.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 7 years of sales/fundraising experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • Advanced degree highly desirable.
  • Current valid driver's license and good driving record required.
  • 5 years of management experience required.
  • Ability to relate well and work effectively with multiple constituencies and audiences.
