· Prepare SEC financial reporting; 10-Q's, 10-K's, 8-K's, auditable support

· Compose quarterly updates on SEC regulation updates, new accounting pronouncements and review and update the accounting policies

· Research and prepare Technical accounting papers

· Track and prepare contracts and coordinate with the FP&A and GL team

· Manage and develop SEC filings

· Participate in the closing processes

· Support quarterly review activities the annual audit with external auditors

· Assist in the development and maintenance of company-wide accounting policies

· Partner with the finance department, stock plan provider, and transfer agent


Education & Experience

· Bachelor’s Degree in in Finance, Accounting or Business related fields

· CPA required (active or inactive)

· 4-7 years of relevant experience, including top-tier/mid-tier public accounting firms (Big 4 preferred)

· Knowledge and experience with financial reporting, SEC Reporting
