Human Resources Manager (39842)


Our client is an organization in the Green Bay area looking for a Human Resources Manager. This client is looking for someone with 10+ years of human resources experience, leadership experience, and strong collaboration and relationship building skills. This position offers the opportunity to lead the HR function and join a fantastic leadership team in a close-knit organization


The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the daily human resources functions.
  • Lead recruitment of new and open positions including interviewing, selection and preparation of offers.
  • Develop a performance-based culture focused on measurable objectives, developing staff, and accountability.
  • Drive leadership team accountability.
  • Administer employee benefits programs including changes in coverage, enrollment, reconciles, etc.
  • Prepare regular analysis of employee compensation.
  • Coordinate employee on-boarding process. Including job training, background checks, and paperwork.
  • Conduct employee post hire interviews.
  • Participate in employee transitions including termination, voluntary separations and exit interviews.
  • Represent the company in unemployment insurance matters.
  • Maintain employee records.
  • Ensure labor laws, local, state and federal government requirements are adhered to.
  • Other projects as needed.


The Human Resources Manager will possess the following:


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or closely related field.
  • 10+ years of HR experience required.
  • Experience managing and leading teams.
  • Ability to proactively identify trends, risk and opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
