The ideal candidate is an expert in project management tools like Asana and has a proven track record of overseeing teams in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment. This role focuses on setting, tracking, and communicating timelines, ensuring smooth workflows and timely completion of creative projects across departments, while collaborating with teams involved in advertising, marketing, video production, PR, and product development. With light supervision, you will be bringing balance and strategic execution across a high volume of creative projects to drive brand success across multiple channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional creative teams across digital and print advertising, beauty product launches, video production, PPC campaigns, PR, and tradeshow planning.
  • Utilize project management software (Asana preferred) to plan, monitor, and track project progress, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are aligned.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, sales, and product development teams to support both Wholesale and Consumer omni-channel initiatives.
  • Lead the planning and execution of beauty product launches, ensuring timely delivery of product planning, packaging, and promotional assets.
  • Manage the production and execution of advertising materials for digital platforms, print, video, and tradeshow displays.
  • Maintain communication and workflows with external partners, vendors, and agencies involved in various project stages.
  • Proactively identify potential project risks, working with teams to implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and updates with key stakeholders  to maintain  alignment and project visibility.


Knowledge & Experience

  • 4-5 years of experience managing creative project teams across various departments including digital and print advertising, photo and video production, events, etc.
  • Experience in the beauty, wellness, or related industry, with knowledge of creative department roles, structure, and pace
  • Strong experience with omni-channel marketing and project initiatives
  • Expertise in building out and managing schedules in project management tools like Asana, Monday.com or Motion.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and shifting resources efficiently in dynamic environment.

Minimum Qualifications
