About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Graphic Designer to join our in-house Marketing Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in creating high-quality marketing materials, including print and digital projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, magazines, ads, banners, emails, and presentations.
  • Lead projects from concept to completion, fostering teamwork and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Apply and creatively expand our brand identity systems, balancing innovation and adherence to established guidelines.
  • Mentor less experienced team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to elevate our collective creative output.
  • Maintain regular communication with internal clients, ensuring diligent follow-through and follow-up to meet commitments and deadlines.
Requirements
  • A degree in graphic design or equivalent experience, supported by 6-8 years of professional design experience.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of corporate and creative design projects.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro) and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience with style guides and branding.
  • A solid understanding of typography, layout, composition, and color theory.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, a 'can-do' problem-solving attitude, and high adaptability to change.
