Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Supervisor or Manager (depending on skills and experience) at Twin Vee PowerCats in Fort Pierce, FL. This hands-on role will be responsible for ensuring perfect quality in every boat we design, produce, and ship through implementation of rigorous quality methodologies and processes. The successful candidate will lead efforts in every function to design in quality, reducing waste, scrap, and inefficiencies, ensuring only the highest quality products are consistently and reliably produced.
Qualifications
· Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and refining quality processes and systems in a manufacturing environment
· Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
· Experience with process optimization, using Lean and/or Six Sigma expertise in a manufacturing environment
· Expert knowledge of best-in-class quality systems and tools
· Ability to indirectly lead and motivate cross-functional teams, driving a culture of quality throughout an organization
