  • Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls.
  • Serve as the point of contact for vendors, service providers, and building management.
  • Human Resources Support:
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including orientation and setup of workstations.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Coordinate employee events, meetings, and other activities that contribute to a positive workplace culture.
  • Handle basic HR inquiries and provide support to the HR department as needed.

  • Familiarity with office software and tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to office management.
  • Knowledge of basic HR functions and financial management is a plus.

Work Environment:
