Job Title: People Operations Coordinator
The Ideal Candidate:
This role would be a fit for someone hungry and eager to learn. You will be the face and voice of Windsor to candidates as you conduct office tours, welcome new hires, assist with the recruitment process, and assist with the onboarding process.
Additionally, you will be the executive assistant's (EA) confidant and highly trusted right hand, helping the EA run the business.

Key Responsibilities:
The following is not a comprehensive list of responsibilities.
People Operations:
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process of new hires and be their point person if there are any questions. Facilitate the offboarding process and help conduct exit interviews.
- Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process from the first stage to the offer stage. Conduct tours for any candidates to our office space.
- Time and Attendance: Assist in keeping track of PTO and time off.
- Payroll & Compliance: Help maintain our payroll system and ensure we meet all tax compliance deadlines. Troubleshoot with our Payroll provider as needed.
- Health Care & Benefits: Work with our Healthcare Provider vendors and run audits as necessary. Answer any staff questions and troubleshoot when needed.
Support to the Executive Assistant:
- Gatekeeping & Communication: Serve as a gatekeeper to the Executive Assistant, answering any questions and preventing distractions.
- Calendar and Inbox Management: Help manage the Executive Assistant's calendar and inbox. Answer emails on the EA's behalf when possible.
- Project Management and Event Coordination: Partner with the Executive Assistant to run projects and events.
- Confidant and Trusted Partner: Serve as the Executive Assistant’s right hand and confidant.
Miscellaneous:
- Social Media Accounts: Assist in managing Windsor's social media accounts. Use data analytics to make recommendations to the team.
- Tech Admin & Tech Support: Serve as an admin on our tech platforms (i.e. Adobe, Grammarly, etc.) and work troubleshooting with staff, as needed.
- Office Coordination: Provide additional help to the office coordinator as needed.
- Ad Hoc Errands: Run ad-hoc errands for the EA and Directors as needed (i.e. Target, Amazon drop off, catering runs, etc.).
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Driver's license.

- Medical Coverage: We offer Kaiser HMO coverage, where we cover 90% of your premiums and 50% of premiums for any enrolled dependents. Additionally, you can choose a PPO plan through Covered CA with gold, silver, and bronze options. If you select the PPO, you will pay the difference compared to your Kaiser premiums on a pre-tax basis.
- Vision and Dental: Vision and dental coverage is available through Beam as employer-sponsored programs. You’ll be responsible for the premiums, but payments can be made on a pre-tax basis.
- 401(k) Plan: Our 401(k) plan features company matching. Contributions vest immediately, with Windsor matching 100% of the first 3% of your salary and 50% of the next 2%.
- Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA): We offer both standard and dependent care FSAs, allowing you to participate up to the federal maximum.
- Life and Long-Term Disability Insurance: Employer-sponsored life and long-term disability plans are available, including options for guaranteed coverage. Participation premiums are deducted on a pre-tax basis.
- Annual Federal Holidays: We recognize 11 federal holidays each year.
- Vacation PTO: Enjoy 15 days of vacation in your first year, increasing to 20 days each subsequent year. Unused vacation hours will roll to subsequent years and will accrue up to 240 hours (30 days).
- Sick PTO: You will receive 5 days of sick leave annually, with options to roll over up to 48 hours
