Ensures provision of high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic Imaging services in an operationally effective and efficient manner.Promotes caregiver engagement and team initiatives. Assists in hiring, orienting, training, staffing, retaining, evaluating, and motivating competent engaged caregivers.Maintains positive relationships within the department and facility including other departments, Radiologists, referring physicians, and customers.Early adopter, exemplar, implementer, super user, problem solver, champion, and idea generator.Minimum QualificationsProfessional Clinical Certification/Registration, i.e.; ARRT, ARDMS, etc.Current state Rad Tech License (if required for clinical discipline)Basic Life Support certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.2 years technical/clinical experience.Preferred QualificationsFive years of radiology experience.Two years of supervisory experience.Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.Now that you know more about being an Imaging Coordinator on our team, we hope you’ll join us.
