Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced business development manager will focus on managing key customers, including but not limited to communicating, forecasting, and developing partnerships with key accounts. The candidate will be accountable for growing
business and being able to collaborate with corporate top management for adding value to businesses development strategies.
Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for:
1. Develop new business opportunities and enhance existing optical lens business.
2. Formulate sales strategies targeting top tier customers in North America, including creating action plans and managing daily activities.
3. Oversee sales performance by ensuring high-quality product deliveries align with production strategies.
4. Collaborate with the operations team in China to drive business profitability.
5. Cultivate and sustain business relationships with key customers.
6. Assess and analyse sales performance against objectives and benchmarks, implementing adjustments to maximize sales growth and profitability.
7. Coordinate customer meetings to discuss project updates, engineering issues, and future opportiunies.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifica-ons:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or engineering, or equivalent.
2. 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management.
3. Results-oriented with the ability to work independently or in a team/matrix
environment.
4. Preference for experience with module products or op-cal components.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills.
6. Proficient in English and Mandarin.
