Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as both a strategic and operational business partner, providing support to the basecamp (Corporate) teams. Focus on enhancing work relationships, boosting morale, and increasing retention
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify priorities and translate business requirements into effective HR practices, delivering solutions that align with organizational objectives
  • Lead strategic workforce and talent planning initiatives to align with organizational goals
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues, approve disciplinary actions, and conducts effective, thorough, timely, and objective investigations
  • Responsible for the interpretation of HR policies and processes, while ensuring compliance with the company policies and procedures
  • Support Leaders with the administration of benefits, FMLA, LOA, and ADA compliance
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of change management strategies that support the critical evolution of the business, ensuring the achievement of sustainable and long-term business results
  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity to provide leadership development and training
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide insights to management for decision-making and strategic planning

Qualifications: Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferred
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certifications, preferred

Qualifications: Experience

  • 5+ years Human Resources, Business Partner, and Employee relations experience
  • 1+ year experience in an HR Business partner role in a corporate environment preferred
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably UKG
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong listening skills
  • Practice operating independently without the need for continuous oversight or direction
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritize and balance competing needs
  • A history of taking the initiative to identify and solve work-related problems
  • Experience in exercising initiative and sound judgment in decision-making
