Responsibilities Of The Accounts Payable Specialist
- Full cycle accounts payable
- High volume matching, batching and coding of invoices
- Processing payments via online banking platforms
- Perform payment uploads, ACH, and wires
- Bank and credit reconciliations
- Journal and adjusting entries and assist with month end closing
- Prepare analysis of accounts
- Expense reports and ad hoc projects
Qualifications For The Accounts Payable Specialist
- 1 to 2 years of accounts payable experience
- Intermediate proficient in Excel (formulas, conditional formatting, etc.)
- Detail oriented and efficient
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Efficient and deadline driven
PAy DOE $24.00 to $27.00
