Title : Facilities Coordinator

Location : Atlanta, GA 30326

Duration : 3 Months Contacts (Temp to Hire)

Shift : M-F 8-5pm


Summary

Resource's typical working day:

  • Supporting up to 9 Brokers
  • This role has a very heavy math component
  • Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles.
  • Conducts basic financial analysis
  • Completing red lines
  • Ability to abstract a lease
  • Gathers supporting documentation to complete voucher forms and process Brokers' commission payments while abiding by company accounting policies as well as local and national laws.
  • Reviews marketing material specifications and acts as point of contact and liaison with centralized marketing, analysis, and research groups to coordinate the completion and submission of financial, marketing and various client specific property data to incorporate into customized property information packages.
  • Coordinates complex on/offsite meetings and conferences.
  • Past analyst would be a good fit


Years of Experience needed: 1-2 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. Willing to consider someone with an analyst background or strong administrative support.


Level of Education: H.S Diploma Required


Systems/Software proficiencies: Excel Proficiency and experience red lining in word is required


Top Must have Skills:

  • Patience (very Calm)
  • Ability to handle high levels of stress
  • Confidence
