Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR department. This position is ideal for both current college students and recent graduates who are looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources and contribute to the success of our team. The HR Intern will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including creating professional, visually appealing PowerPoint presentations quickly and accurately, organizing and analyzing HR-related documents, and assisting with daily administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the onboarding process for store-level employees.
  • Create and update PowerPoint presentations for HR initiatives.
  • Create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations that are accurate, clear, and completed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and organize HR-related documents and data.
  • Collect, analyze, and provide HR-related data in a timely manner.
  • Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks.
  • Complete various tasks assigned by the team and supervisor promptly.


Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college/university or a recent graduate, preferably with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong skills in creating visually appealing PowerPoint presentations quickly and with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Eager to learn and contribute to a team environment.
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
