Job duties include and may not be limited to:

  • Client Relationship Builder: Cultivate and nurture strong connections with both business and individual clients, becoming one of their go-to experts for all things benefits-related.
  • Renewal Coordinator: Take charge of planning and managing the renewal process, ensuring clients get the best value year after year.
  • Proactive Communicator: Stay ahead of the game with timely follow-ups to clients and benefits consultants, showcasing your dedication to top-notch service.
  • Sales Facilitator: Gather essential information from prospects and clients to kickstart the sales process for individual and group quotes.
  • Data Specialist: Keep our client database up-to-date, ensuring smooth operations and easy access to information.
  • Problem Solver: Dive into researching and resolving claims, billing, and membership issues, making sure clients feel supported every step of the way.
  • Customer Service Expert: Handle a high volume of emails and phone calls with great customer service, leaving clients impressed and satisfied.
  • Project Manager: Tackle special projects with enthusiasm, showcasing your versatility and commitment to excellence.

 

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Demonstrates the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Skilled in using Excel, Outlook, Word and other Office applications to streamline tasks and improve productivity.
  • Independent Worker: Capable of working autonomously, taking initiative, and handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: $70K - $80K base salary, plus bonus opportunities based on performance & commission opportunities if individual obtains license to sell.
