Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Our client, a distinguished venture capital firm, is seeking a talented executive assistant to support their dynamic Chief Executive Officer in their Palo Alto Office. This role will require heavy scheduling and interacting with high profile individuals. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for a motivated executive assistant who is able to manage swiftly changing requirements on a daily basis, adeptly navigating a intricate schedule with meticulous attention and unwavering consistency.


Salary:

$195k-$220k base


Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage multiple calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings
  • Maintain and coordinate board meeting schedules
  • Coordinate and book heavy global and domestic travel arrangements, including flights and hotels as needed
  • Anticipating and proactively addressing changes and impromptu requests
  • Collaborating with the team to align on shifting priorities
  • Other ad hoc duties as needed


Requirements:

  • 8+ years in a high level executive assistant role
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability the thrive within high-pressure environments
