Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in strategic pricing management, strategy development, and execution.
- 3+ years doing B2C and/or B2B pricing strategies, preferably within retail.
- Preferred Hands-on experience with PowerBi, Snowflake, or Python.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability through effective pricing strategies.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and proficiency in data analysis tools and pricing software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex pricing concepts to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify pricing opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing pricing strategies, collaborating with merchandising, marketing, finance, and other departments.
- Utilize advanced analytics and pricing models to evaluate pricing performance and identify areas for improvement.
