About the Job:

  • Plan and execute business promotion activities and marketing strategies to further develop client relations and increase the value of the company.
  • Jump-in and quickly familiarize yourself with current and on-going projects to support business development initiatives.
  • Prepare first draft proposals and Request for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Research and target potential new clients, keep up to date leads lists, and identify emerging industry trends. Manage information accurately within internal database.
  • Create, coordinate, and distribute email alerts and newsletters.
  • Assist with all marketing and sales duties and participate in new projects as they arise.
  • Implement content agendas, updates and improvements across all social media platforms, websites, and advertisements.
  • Manage email marketing strategy and implementation, creating unique content aligned with firm initiatives.
  • Coordinate online events and webinars across departments, communicating to all necessary players with concise, clear agendas.

About You:

  • Passion for marketing. You have your Bachelor’s Degree plus at least three years of marketing experience in a law firm, business environment, or similar field.
  • Interest in technology. You have the ability to write and upload website content.
  • Quality performer. You can consistently produce high-quality work in an environment with tight deadlines, various personalities, and multiple projects.
  • Team player. You love working in a team setting to see projects through to completion.
  • Enthusiastic. You have a great attitude, are highly self-motivated, and can manage stress well.
  • Computer magician. You are an expert when it comes to MS Office, Google Analytics, Photoshop, HTML and learn new programs swiftly.
