Our top client is looking to add two project coordinators to their PMO. In this role, you will learn the basics of project coordination while helping a growing company manager their growing list of projects. If you are interested in starting a career in project management, please apply


Daily Responsibilities

  • Support EPMO in gathering equipment, resources, and information to implement upcoming projects by maintaining project schedules, organizing, and participating shareholder meetings to ensure all project deadlines are met
  • Conduct Various Meeting - create and share presentations to both stakeholders and project team members
  • Provide Administrative Support to PM's- Organize project schedules, work hours, and expenditures, organize/attend/participate in stakeholder meeting, ensure stakeholder views are managed, create and distribute minutes to all project team members
  • Project Coordination- Document and Follow up on tasks/action items from meetings, undertake project tasks as needed, Determine changes to projects and ensure deadlines are met, ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained for each project

  2. IT/Infrastructure Projects- Cloud Conversions
  3. Ongoing Cybersecurity Projects


Required Skillset:

  • Proficent with Microsoft Suite of Products- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint, OneNote
  • Fast and Efficient Typer
  • Ability to Run Meetings, Taking/Distributing Minutes, Creating Agendas, PowerPoints
  • Strong Communication Skills - verbal and written
  • Hard Worker, driven, motivated - looking to expand career as PM
  • Detail Oriented with excellent time management skills
