JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Electrical Engineering to support one of our large energy companies. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience managing projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires a dynamic individual who can handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that each project meets its objectives and adheres to industry standards. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading project teams, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that all project deliverables are met.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage electrical engineering projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
  • Strong background in electrical engineering.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
  • PE (Professional Engineer)
  • Construction background
