The Role:
The MSP Account Manager at Quest will play a key role in driving revenue and meeting fulfillment targets by managing and optimizing our Managed Service Provider (MSP) partnerships. This role requires close collaboration with team recruiters, leaders and MSP partners to align with company goals and achieve exceptional results in the locum tenens market. Responsibilities include driving candidate flow to fill locum tenens needs, expanding market share with key partners, providing excellent customer service, managing reporting and data, driving customer retention and expansion, assisting with the contract review process, and overseeing the placement, credentialing, and scheduling processes. This position offers opportunities for professional growth across various healthcare specialties within a team-oriented environment that values collaboration and shared success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction
- Engage with recruitment teams to drive qualified candidate flow to open requisitions
- Proactively engage clients to increase efficiency and ROI
- Provide a consultative approach to tailor solutions to client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
- Act as the subject matter expert and main point of contact for specialized requests
- Increase market share by delivering exceptional experiences and solutions
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Match healthcare professionals to client requirements
- Assist with contract workflow
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity using our CRM system
- Build brand awareness and positive brand impression of Quest Locum Tenens
- Other account management duties as necessary
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related experience
- 3+ years in account management, MSP/VMS and/or Sales experience preferably within the locum tenens industry
- A high level of proficiency in Vendor Management Systems, CRM systems and other sales tools
- Basic working knowledge of client and provider contracts
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks
- Ability to conduct compelling in-person and virtual presentations
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel for in-person meetings and industry events when required
- Willingness and ability to offer positive contributions to a remote and/or in-person company culture
