Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers promptly and courteously, answer phone calls efficiently, and take orders over the phone.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, receive warranty parts, and ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
  • Sales and Marketing: Identify opportunities to sell additional items, parts, and accessories, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers regarding their parts, ensure accurate entry of information in the inventory control system, and verify receiving documents.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • Skills: Ability to speak and listen effectively, customer service experience, and basic computer skills.
