What you'll do:

  • Oversee all daily operations of the millwork shop, from production planning to quality control.
  • Lead and mentor a team, offering support and guidance to optimize performance and morale.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors.
  • Implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets to optimize profitability.
  • Solve complex millwork-related problems and make informed decisions to keep projects on track.


What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in architectural millwork manufacturing/custom woodworking (or similar)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Wood Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Solid business and management skills (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, etc)
  • Great knowledge of millwork materials, drawings and processes
  • Top-notch leadership and people skills
  • Ability to work with vendors, customers, and ownership
