What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Manage and maintain calendar and deadlines for the caseload.
  • Coordinate filing and service of all pleadings and discovery requests or responses.
  • Proofread and format all pleadings and discovery requests/responses.
  • Organize trial binders and exhibits.
  • Prepare attorney hearing files/binders for upcoming hearings.
  • Assist in preparing and gathering documents.
  • Prepare documents for court filing and track the status of all pending orders.
  • Assist in drafting and preparing legal documents.

What You’ll Need:

  • Paralegal certificate preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law.
