- Workday HRIS Administration:
- Manage and administer the Workday HRIS platform, with a focus on Core HCM modules, ensuring system stability and data integrity.
- Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment of system updates, enhancements, and new functionality.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Workday-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support.
- Data Management:
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of employee data across the Workday system.
- Conduct regular audits and data validation to maintain data integrity.
- Develop and manage data reporting processes, providing accurate and timely HR metrics and analytics to stakeholders.
- HRIS Strategy & Optimization:
- Collaborate with HR leadership to align HRIS capabilities with business needs, identifying opportunities for process improvements and system optimization.
- Lead projects related to HRIS enhancements, including new module implementation, system upgrades, and integration with other business systems.
- Training & Support:
- Develop and deliver training programs for HR team members and end-users on Workday Core HCM functionalities and best practices.
- Create and maintain user guides, documentation, and support materials.
- Compliance & Security:
- Ensure HRIS compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
- Implement and manage security roles within Workday, ensuring appropriate access controls are in place.
- Vendor Management:
- Work closely with Workday support and other third-party vendors to resolve issues and implement solutions.
- Manage relationships with external partners, ensuring service level agreements are met.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HRIS experience, with Workday Core HCM administration.
- Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Workday Core HCM.
- Proficient in data management, reporting, and HR analytics.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
