Overview: In this role, you will focus on maintaining data integrity and improving system functionalities while managing core HR platforms that elevate employee experiences and optimize service delivery. Collaboration with HR teams will be essential as you identify challenges and tailor technology solutions to align with organizational objectives. You will also engage with cross-functional technology teams to evaluate the effects of system changes, ensuring the efficient operation of HR systems.


What You’ll Do:

  • Drive scalable HR technology solutions, ensuring data integrity and system enhancements
  • Manage core HR platforms, including recruiting and employee experience systems, to improve service levels and promote self-service features
  • Lead discussions on prioritizing system projects, enhancements, and functionalities based on business needs
  • Collaborate with HR to identify challenges and opportunities, aligning technology solutions to meet organizational goals
  • Partner with cross-functional tech teams to assess and communicate the impact of system changes within the organization
  • Ensure comprehensive understanding of requirements, solution design, testing, and ongoing support for HR systems
  • Serve as the first point of contact for system issues, proactively addressing problems with internal teams and external vendors
  • Integrate software across business applications and Workday using APIs, EIBs, and reporting tools
  • Diagnose and resolve software integration issues, utilizing advanced troubleshooting techniques
  • Manage data feeds between HR solutions and vendors (payroll, benefits, employment verification, etc.), ensuring smooth operation
  • Oversee testing processes, release communications, and implement necessary controls for reliable system performance
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to address security requirements and maintain compliance with data privacy regulations


What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ of experience in IT and HR systems, with advanced knowledge of Workday, SAP, Oracle, ADP, and other platforms
  • Proven ability to optimize HR systems, ensuring smooth data integration and process efficiency
  • Extensive experience managing end-to-end system integrations, including coordinating data feeds with payroll, benefits, and employment verification vendors
  • Skilled at leading HR system projects from concept to completion, balancing technical needs with strategic goals
  • Experienced in developing scalable solutions for growing, distributed workforces
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of resolving system issues independently
  • Adaptable in fast-paced environments, able to adjust to changing business demands and priorities
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, effectively managing multiple priorities while advancing critical projects
  • Effective communicator, known for building trust and delivering on commitments
  • Collaborative team player, focused on achieving quick results without sacrificing quality or user experience


What You Can Expect:

  • Competitive Salary: Annual base salary range from $120k to $150k (depending on relevant experience)
  • Location: Remote, USA. The office headquarters are located in Denver, Colorado and Colorado residents can work remotely from anywhere in the state, in office, or a combination of both. Applicants must reside within the US.
