FoamOrder, a rapidly expanding national manufacturing company specializing in custom and replacement cushions for various businesses, including hotels, resorts, apartment complexes, and country clubs, is looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial-minded Business Development Representative. This full-time hybrid position allows for approximately 50% remote work, offering flexibility and a balanced work environment. In this role, you will focus on developing and qualifying new clients while gaining foundational knowledge in online sales and marketing. Additionally, you will support the sales team by estimating new projects, measuring orders, and ensuring quality control. Primary Responsibilities

  • Generate customer leads by sending outbound emails daily
  • Manage pipeline tracking to continually improve lead generation performance
  • Qualify leads through discussions with potential customers
  • Set up meetings between prospective customers and the sales team
  • Estimate potential new projects
  • Measure customer-provided material for new orders
  • Quality check finished orders before shipment
