Qualifications:

  • Engineering: 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a smaller business environment - PCB Fabrication familiarity is a plus.
  • Manufacturing: Proven track record as a Manufacturing Leader or analogous role in the fast-paced electronics manufacturing.
  • Lean VIP: Deep-rooted knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Leadership: Exceptional leadership prowess, capable of inspiring and motivating teams.
  • Operational Understanding: Solid grasp of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management, coupled with proficiency in utilizing manufacturing software systems and tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen focus on root cause analysis, coupled with excellent communication abilities both orally and in writing.
  • Electronics: A consummate team player with outstanding troubleshooting skills, soldering proficiency, and familiarity with IPC-A-610 solder quality standards – Some proficiency in Microsoft Office products is a definite asset.
