OBJECTIVE

As a Business Development Manager at WSS Solutions, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our business. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building, and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting our services to potential clients. This is a contract position with a commission-only compensation structure, offering unlimited earning potential for motivated and driven individuals.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research and identify potential clients within target industries and geographical areas.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending events, and other outreach activities.
  • Develop a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Present tailored solutions that align with the client’s needs and demonstrate the value of our services.
  • Work closely with the consulting team to develop tailored proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate closely with consulting team to ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.


EXPERIENCE

  • Proven track record of success in business development, preferably in the consulting or professional services industry.
  • Strong understanding of Leadership Development, Human Resources, Payroll Services, Operational Excellence, and IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets and achieve success.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a commission-only sales role is a plus.
