Our client, an established owner operator of class A office and mixed-use assets, is looking for a Property Manager to oversee a large well-located commercial class A asset located in downtown San Francisco area. The company offers competitive salary with bonus potential and great benefits.


Key duties and qualifications include, but are not limited to:


  • Collaboration with ownership and asset management on execution of the business plan.
  • Manage assistant property manager and onsite staffing.
  • Vendor and service contract management.
  • Communicate with leasing representatives regarding market conditions, tenant prospects and lease legal terms.
  • Tenant communication and requests.
  • Support of Construction Management on capex projects.
  • Preparation and review of annual budget and OPEX.
  • Monthly reporting, funding requests, AR/AP management, and lease administration.
  • 5 days on-site per week.


Key Qualifications include:


  • At least 4 years of experience managing large office buildings.
  • Proficient in MRI and MS Office. Angus and/or Building Engines a plus
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year educational institution
  • CA Real Estate License. Candidates without a license will be considered but will need to be licensed within a short period.
  • CPM, RPA or CCIM designation desired.
  • Skills: good time management and tenant relations skills, financial acumen, leadership, and communication with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter.
  • Works well in entrepreneurial environment.
