Location: Torrance, CA

  • Hybrid role that is mostly remote. Onsite required for sporadic production weeks and 1-2 visits to the office quarterly so happy to consider candidates in the greater LA/OC areas that won't have any issue with the occasional onsite requirements.


Salary: Up to $150,000 w/ 15% bonus - direct hire


How does this individual fit into the big picture? This position is incredibly impactful for the organization. This person will be the Creative Director for client’s largest brand. Great time to get in with a growing company - currently at 250 people with plans to grow to 300 by the end of the year and even more growth planned for 2025.

About: A leading and growing legal marketing agency, is seeking an experienced Performance Creative Director/Copywriter who has a track record for building creative that drives lead generation for consumer facing brands and leading a creative team. They will join the Integrated Marketing Department and will the driver for creative strategy, creation and production for in-house brands.


This position requires a comprehensive understanding of Hispanic and General Market creative strategy planning, implementation, and evaluation for multi-market and national campaigns as well as paid media efforts for traditional and digital/social channels.

Primary duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Concepting & Scriptwriting

  • Lead, create, manage, and review creative work for paid traditional and digital/social media in English & Spanish;
  • Collaborate with Media Team to design creative testing to scale and derive insights of what is working and what isn’t;
  • Collaborate with Creative Strategist to pitch paid content for experimentation that results in improvement of cost per lead;
  • Build and manage freelance creative team and streamline process for effective output;
  • Collaborate with in-house Organic Team to ensure communication and brand standards are consistent across all channels;
  • Engage in team building to foster creativity and collaboration.
  • English & Spanish Copywriter
  • Write original content, adaptions and/or translate.
  • Oversee the Execution of Creative
  • Collaborate with in-house Producers and Editors to create, produce and finalize content;
  • Attend Shoots & Production Meetings
  • Generate new innovative ideas for testing;
  • Brand & Legal Compliance
  • Ensure communication and brand standards are consistent across all channels.
  • Work with legal on ad compliance.
  • Creative Innovation
  • Research, evaluate and institute new practices and ideas based on evolution of content creation and distribution.
  • Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keeping up to date with the latest advertising techniques.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree within a relevant field;
  • 5+ Years in a Management role;
  • Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages;
  • Flexibility, creative problem solving and attention to detail are a must;
  • Strategic thinker who is able to develop creative concepts and vision that support business goals;
  • Innovative individual that is always looking to explore new ideas;
  • Agile individual that is able to adapt to changing needs and priorities, and is able to pivot easily to achieve goals and deadlines;
  • Experience working with personalization of creative across demographics and A/B testing, and optimization towards lead generation;
  • Highly collaborative, a standout colleague, and values establishing relationships;
  • Expertise in various media environments and creative best practices, with emphasis on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Meta and future shows a track record of adapting to new channels
  • Strong critical thinking, project management and organizational skills
