We are seeking a Senior HR Administrator with strong skills in Workday specifically HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and Time & Absence.
This role is Fully Onsite in Dallas, Texas.
PEASE NOTE: The end client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas for this position; all parties authorized to work in the US without sponsorship are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities of the Human Resources Benefits Manager:
- Maintains records of personnel-related data (personal information, status changes, etc.) in Workday and ensure all employment requirements are met.
- Provides support to prioritize HR Operations projects and processes.
- Creating and diligently maintaining a variety of confidential files in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Assist with administration of our compensation review process. Compile and submit survey data for market comparisons.
Required Skills for the Human Resources benefits Manager:
Firm background in Human Resources Administration.
- Strong experience in Workday specifically HCM, Benefits, Time & Absence, and Payroll.
- Ability to use Excel efficiently including V-Lookups & Pivot Tables.
- You can effectively and clearly communicate with internal and external stakeholders through oral and written communications.
