Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Entry Level Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team in the Long Island area. This full-time role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in sales and marketing. As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for both office work and traveling in the area to conduct in-person sales and marketing activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships
  • Conduct in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Memorize and effectively utilize sales scripts and rebuttals to handle client objections.
  • Travel up to 35 miles per day to meet with clients and partners.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets to maximize commission potential.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all sales protocols and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for expanding market reach.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable and engaging.
  • Strong ability to memorize and utilize sales scripts and rebuttals effectively.
  • Ability to travel up to 35 miles per day.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work one weekend day per week.
  • Reliable transportation.


Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary (DOE) paid weekly.
  • Uncapped commissions with on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $4,500 to $6500 per month, depending on experience and sales performance.
