OVERALL SCOPE
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager in construction to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 -10 years of relevant experience in construction project management and fabrication. Responsibilities include overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning to execution and completion. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, is integral to ensure projects are delivered successfully: on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. This role requires travel to project sites, meeting with and providing updates to clients.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate will bring confidence, strong judgement and decision making along with skills in project management, technical, budget management, construction, safety, leadership, management, planning, execution, communication and strong client relationship development to continue and foster Design and Production Inc’s reputation in the fabrication industry.
