Lead Carpenter

Rising Eagle Construction is seeking a skilled and experienced carpentry professional to lead our team in delivering high-quality construction projects. As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for managing projects, coordinating with team members, and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth project execution
• Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks, including framing, trim work, and finishing
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate execution of carpentry work
• Provide guidance and supervision to carpentry team members
• Delegate tasks and ensure that team members understand their responsibilities

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional certification or vocational training in carpentry or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience as a carpenter, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction field
• Proficiency in trim, door hanging, wood rot repair, and the ability to identify load-bearing walls
• Proficiency in drywall repair and painting, both interior and exterior
