Rising Eagle Construction is looking for a Project Manager to add to it’s growing team.  As a Project Manager, you’re a key team member who inspires and leads by example.

By joining our team as a Project Manager, you’re managing and holding our site crews accountable to the execution of your projects, ensuring they are performing to the standards established by Rising Eagle.
Our Project Managers oversee multiple construction and restoration jobs (including water damage, fire damage & mitigation) and crews for quality control, efficiency, and profitability of jobs while being involved in production when called upon. For work product, you’re the boots on the ground, execution lead that keeps the train moving, on time and on budget.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Creating Amazing Customer Experiences:  Through customer focus and collaboration you ensure the team is energized and motivated to create an exceptional experience for our customers.
    Provide support to team members and customers in challenging situations and use Restoration 1’s tools and data to organize, document and measure KPIs and propose action plans to elevate customer experiences.
  • Are Accountable to Quality Control You will drive results by leading people, demonstrating an ability to work well under pressure; being a highly effective communicator and problem solver.
    You manage overall execution and quality of our work.  You’re on-site,  monitoring project progression, sticking with and supporting your team until the job is done, providing updates and performance feedback to the Director of Project Management.You will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive on-site inspection to verify the completion of all tasks and to ensure the quality of the work performed.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE

  • Models the core values of the organization, to create a sense of teamwork and membership among employees.
  • Serve as an emergency responder 24/7/365
  • Respond to all emergencies safely and with urgency to ensure the customer signed to a Work Authorization and collect the appropriate deposit.
  • Assists the director of project management with developing and implementing action plans to improve project performance.
  • Identifies training and development opportunities that will assist their direct reports in achieving enhanced performance.
  • Identify, establish, and execute training and development plans for each technician assigned as a mentor.
  • Direct and manage project development including definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
  • Utilize all functionality within iRestore management software, including the communication of ‘real time’ job site status, scheduling people and equipment for specific dates and times, ensuring crews clock in and out of each job, and creating purchase orders to account for job expenses.
  • Regularly liaise with existing customers/clients, and exercise sound, independent decision-making to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work with the team, budgets, goals and deliverables that support business goals while adhering to processes and policies.
  • Estimate and oversee resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  • Identify and manage project needs, communicate project expectations, status of project and possible changes in project scope and other key information.
  • Communicates information including major team developments, and concerns.
  • Supervises the day-to-day operations of their team, escalating issues to the appropriate level of support and/or leadership when necessary.
  • Hold office hours and provide weekend management of crews (weekends are rotated between project managers) to complete assigned responsibilities in a timely and effective manner to provide the highest level of customer service for the business.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts among multiple restoration teams in the field, particularly as it pertains to resource distribution, vehicle allocation, and assigned personnel.
  • Evaluate and assess the need for additional staff and/or subcontractors and coordinate recruitment of labor as needed.
  • Complies with all established company policies and procedures while upholding the security and confidentiality of documents and data.
  • Ensures an appropriate resolution of operational customer concerns in their direct leader’s absence.
  • Identifies, analyze, forecast and mitigate potential hazards,clearly communicating these risks to your teams.
  • Demonstrate proper wear, use, care, and maintenance of Company Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety equipment.
  • Oversees and ensures job site personnel adherence to ANSI/IICRC and all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations. 
  • Follow and oversee safe work practices and adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
  • Submit all documents to Project Coordinator for invoicing purposes including Final Billing Detail(Xactimate Final Estimate), Electronic Sketch, Equipment Log, Dry Log and a signed Excellent Service Endorsement Form within three(3) business days for most jobs and seven(7) business days for very large jobs.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent education is required.
  • Minimum five-years of experience in water, mold and fire damage restoration or other technical function is required.
  • ANSI/IICRC,Water Damage Restoration Technician(WRT), Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration Technician(FRST), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician(AMRT), District of Columbia DOEE Mold Remediation Supervisor, or related certifications required.
  • Any Restoration Industry Association(RIA) Certifications, ANSI/IICRC Trauma Scene Cleaning, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning Technician or Carpet Cleaning Technician 
  • Project management experience preferred, but not required, for consideration of this position.
