Mattress Department Sales Manager

Overview
Providing exceptional customer service while driving bedding sales throughout the buying process.
Responsibilities
- Ensure department is properly merchandised and any POP is appropriately displayed
- Maintain customer relationships during and post-purchase
- Communicate professionally and effectively with guests to resolve customer issues and concerns regarding bedding purchases and warranty claims
- Continuous training for sales staff
- Achieve or exceed bedding sales targets
- Continue to develop skills and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Minimum 3 years in a mattress sales environment
- Product knowledge in Sealy, TempurPedic, and Stearns & Foster mattresses
Benefits
Hourly pay plus commissions and bonuses equates to about $75K-$85K a year
