RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all front desk operations and support the executive team
- Support all departments as needed, including HR, Accounting, Recruiting, and Marketing
- Welcome and greet visitors in a friendly and professional demeanor
- Monitor and order kitchen and office supplies
- Receive packages and distribute mail to appropriate departments
- Work directly with the President to organize client sporting event tickets, as well as plan and coordinate company-wide events
- Assist with planning and coordination of office parties and activities
- Coordinate with Property Manager to support the needs of the building
- Answer phones, transfer calls, take and relay messages
QUALIFICATIONS
- 0-5 years of work-related skills in relevant field
- Must have an approachable, optimistic, and service-oriented personality
- Ability to take initiative and anticipates needs of management
- Proficient knowledge of computers and MS Office
- Must possess strong spelling, punctuation, grammar, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multi-taking skills
- Consistently arrives to work on time; ensures responsibilities are covered when absent
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
