Job Description:


  • Standard PM Capabilities – Project Charter, Project planning, Stakeholder management, Scope Management, Time Management, Budget Management
  • 70% of projects are expected to be in waterfall, 30% in Agile. PM should be able to address this requirement and change hats as per project
  • Primary experience required in Waterfall methodologies and good to have Agile experience
  • Well versed with PM tools – MPP, ADO, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – PM will be working with product managers and clients
  • Reporting and dashboarding skills – PM will need to present weekly/biweekly to VP level leaders
  • Problem solver, go-getter
  • Experienced and having good understanding of Healthcare Payer, Plans and Networks
  • PMP certified
  • Based Onsite in Phoenix
  • Good to have experience in/exposure to Salesforce
