Description

Experience and Skills Required:

Clinical Trial Data Analysis: 8 years of experience using SAS, preferably in a UNIX environment. Familiarity with UNIX commands and environment is essential.

CDISC Standards & ADaM Programming: Deep knowledge and solid experience in ADaM programming, with Oncology Therapeutic Area (TA) experience preferred.

Learning and Interpretation: Ability to quickly learn internal macros and processes, and interpret Pinnacle 21 results.

ISS/ISE ADaM Programming: Experience in supporting Integrated Summary of Safety (ISS) and Integrated Summary of Efficacy (ISE) ADaM programming and submissions is a plus.

Team Collaboration: Team player with excellent communication skills and experience working with statisticians, programmers, and data management personnel.

Length of the Assignment:

Working Hours and Days: 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday. Preferred time zones are Pacific Time Zone or Central Standard Time (CST).

Top 5 Skills/Requirements:

  1. SAS Programming: Familiar with SAS language modules, e.g., SAS MACRO, BASE, SGPLOT, SQL.
  2. Macro Programming: Proficiency in writing and comprehending existing macros.
  3. Dataset Derivation: Knowledgeable about derived dataset derivation and specification files.
  4. Technical Competence & Communication: High degree of technical competence and strong oral and written communication skills.
  5. Industry Experience: Experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry, particularly with clinical trials.

Experience, Education, and/or Certification Required:

MS in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience.

BS in Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or a STEM-related field with relevant experience.

Nice to Have:

SAS certification is desirable but not required.

Work Environment:

The role involves working in a group setting.

Testing Requirements:

No testing is required for this role.

Remote Work Opportunities:

This position offers the ability to work remotely on a regular basis.

Additional Environment Details:

The role involves working with SAS Enterprise Guide (EG) and UNIX environment, ASPEN, and SAS Studio.

Successful Background Experience:
