The Survey Manager will oversee and coordinate Heavy Civil survey projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data collection and analysis. This role requires expertise in utilizing various tools and technologies to conduct surveys effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Work with self-performed construction teams to execute civil projects at the highest level.
  • Implement core values in day-to-day operations, ensuring that individual priorities align with departmental and company goals.
  • Provide vision and direction for the department, review and determine its structure, oversee processes and drive continuous improvement through direct reports
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality, while maintaining client satisfaction
  • Establish and monitor clear objectives, and present departmental performance succinctly to management for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years construction survey experience
  • 5+ years of Heavy Civil or Heavy Highway experience
  • Exposure to DOT
  • P.L.S. preferred but not required
