- Provide training and guidance to plant personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to foster a quality-focused work environment.
- Actively participate in cross-departmental meetings to align quality objectives with plant operations and business goals.
Requirements & Skills:
- Ideally a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma) are a plus.
- 3-10 years of experience in quality engineering within the chemical, semiconductor, or a related manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Experience with regulated industries, particularly those adhering to ISO standards and FDA guidelines.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
