About the Role:
As an Electronics Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the quality of Electronics and Metals components and subassemblies. Your technical expertise will be vital in ensuring that our suppliers meet all necessary quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Global Supplier Quality team by providing oversight for Electronics and Metals components.
2. Conduct comprehensive technical evaluations of suppliers to assess their capabilities in producing quality materials.
3. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance concerning manufacturing processes, quality control practices, and corrective actions.
4. Define and approve Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) requirements for new and revised parts.
5. Collaborate with suppliers to meet and exceed reliability and performance standards while working closely with internal teams.
6. Manage and track quality issues through Agile Quality metrics, ensuring timely resolution.
7. Maintain detailed records of supplier quality performance and certifications, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
8. Act as a subject matter expert during audits and quality assessments.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Materials, Electronics, Electric Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in Quality Assurance within material manufacturing technology, particularly in Electronics or Metals.
- Familiarity with medical device manufacturing processes is preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO and FDA quality system regulations is advantageous.
