We are currently seeking dynamic and driven Quality Engineers to join the raw material quality and senior management team at one of the company’s key manufacturing sites. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing team that plays a crucial role in supporting global manufacturing operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage quality control activities, including the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues, and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including process engineers, operators, and suppliers, to promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Utilize statistical process control (SPC) tools, Six Sigma methodologies, and control charts to analyze quality data, identify trends, and drive process improvements.
  • Support product management and process engineering teams in developing and implementing quality standards for new products and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality management system (QMS) standards, such as ISO 9001, through regular audits, documentation, and reporting.
  • Provide training and guidance to plant personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to foster a quality-focused work environment.
  • Actively participate in cross-departmental meetings to align quality objectives with plant operations and business goals.


Requirements & Skills:

  • Ideally a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma) are a plus.
  • 3-10 years of experience in quality engineering within the chemical, semiconductor, or a related manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Experience with regulated industries, particularly those adhering to ISO standards and FDA guidelines.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
