  • You have prior success growing a B2B sales organization of at least 12 salespeople.
  • You love working in the field, assisting and training sales representatives.

  • You have experience contributing to a leadership team and are comfortable reporting to and working closely with senior leadership.
  • You have successful experience selling differentiated programs to management and front-line personnel in manufacturing plants, distribution facilities, warehouses, and other commercial businesses in a competitive market against established vendors.
  • You can comfortably move from the office/boardroom to the factory floor.
  • Experience with packaging and automation is helpful but not required.
  • You enjoy working closely with senior leadership.

  • Leading the sales team.
  • Work closely with the Executive Team and divisional management to keep everyone in the loop on current and future needs.
  • Managing, developing, coaching, and motivating the sales force to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and KPI targets are met.
  • Identifying new opportunities through teamwork and individual research.
  • Must be self-motivated to exceed expectations on an individual and team level.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales objectives for the sales team, projecting expected sales and gross margin volume.
  • Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
