Location: We are looking for a candidate to work full time out of our Troy, Michigan headquarters office or our Southeast Office in Charlotte, NC.

Senior Estimator Responsibilities:

  • Strong knowledge of all aspects of Construction activities including; Scheduling, Design, Permitting, Bidding, Estimating, Contracting, Job Costing, and Construction Management.
  • Proficiency of Quantity Take Software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills required.
  • An estimator must be highly organized and detail oriented and capable of handling multiple projects at one time.
  • Presentation, oral and written communication skills to address and inform clients, associates, and vendors of varying levels.
  • An estimator must have the ability to build positive and sustainable relationships with peers, subordinates, and vendors.
  • Candidate must be a self-motivated individual.


Senior Estimator Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in civil or architectural engineering, construction management, or an equivalent degree. However skilled individuals with great experience and a track record to match are encouraged to apply.
  • Extensive experience as an estimator in the construction field within Retail/Industrial/Commercial Sectors
  • Exceptional time management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven successful track record of leading client relationship development activities as an Estimator.
  • In-depth experience working through the negotiated and hard bid process.
  • 10 years of hard bid estimating
  • Ability to operate and learn various computer software programs.
  • Takes Ownership and Initiative, Team Builder and Team Player
  • Ability to multi-task, quickly solve problems.
