Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Vice President Marketing at BranchLab. As the Vice President Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of marketing, including but not limited to;


  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass product marketing, brand marketing, and marketing communications to drive business growth and brand awareness. 
  • Brand Marketing: Cultivate and enhance the brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all channels and touch points. 
  • Product Marketing: Lead the development and execution of product marketing plans, ensuring successful product launches, positioning, and lifecycle management. 


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a hands-on marketing role in the pharmaceutical advertising space, preferably as a VP or Director of Marketing 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Extensive experience in product marketing, brand marketing, and marketing communications. 
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth. 
  • Strong understanding of healthcare advertising, TV advertising, digital marketing, social media, and emerging marketing trends. 
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams. 
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
